Your privacy matters. Learn how we collect, use, and protect your data.
This Privacy Policy describes how Jax Wallet collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. We are committed to protecting your data and transparency around its use.
We do not collect sensitive personal identifiers such as Social Security numbers or biometric data.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be used internally to identify trends without linking back to individuals.
Essential cookies are required for core functionality; disabling them may limit access to some features.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for stated purposes. Usage logs and crash reports are purged after 24 months; account information persists until account deletion.
Jax Wallet relies on blockchain data providers, liquidity pools, and market feeds. Each provider has separate privacy policies—your data sharing with them is limited to wallet address queries and transaction histories.
All private keys are encrypted locally with AES-256 and can be optionally secured by hardware modules (TPM or Secure Enclave). Regular penetration tests and code reviews ensure continuous protection.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. Submit requests via privacy@jax-wallet.com, and we will respond within 30 days.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. If you suspect we have, contact support@jax-wallet.com to request removal.
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We implement EU Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards to maintain compliance with data protection laws.
Significant changes will be communicated via email and highlighted on this page. We encourage frequent review to stay informed of updates.
